An annual service keeps your boiler safe, efficient and within its warranty conditions. We cover Llanelli and the surrounding communities, booking services in as planned visits so the time is set aside properly.

Sea air and the flue terminal
Llanelli faces straight onto the Burry Inlet, and the salty wind off the estuary is tough on any metal fixed to an outside wall. The part of your boiler that takes the brunt is the flue terminal — and along the coast path, in Pwll, Burry Port and the Seaside streets, we see terminals pitted and guards rusted well before their time.
So on a Llanelli service the outside gets as much attention as the inside. Chris checks the terminal, the seal where it meets the wall and any exposed condensate pipe, because a deteriorating flue is a safety concern rather than a cosmetic one.
Inside the casing
Combustion analysis with a calibrated flue gas analyser
Burner, electrodes and heat exchanger inspected
Condensate trap cleaned and refilled
Seals and case gaskets checked
System pressure, expansion vessel and controls tested
Booking from the western edge
Llanelli is about as far west as we regularly travel, still inside our roughly 30-mile radius. We group services into planned days so Chris is not rushing — you get a full service, not a quick look. Felinfoel, Furnace, Dafen and Llwynhendy are all covered.
Most manufacturer warranties require a recorded service every twelve months. Keep the record with your boiler documents; the boiler warranty guide explains the usual conditions.
